With a Belgian father and a Moroccan mother, head chef Hamid Megrini Moujtahid puts into practice the knowledge he has acquired in different restaurants in Palma de Mallorca, Salamanca, Madrid and Barcelona. He has a total of 20 years of professional experience, of which the last ten have been dedicated to the Masena restaurant with incredible fusion dishes.

Among the specialties you can choose; crispy foie gras, duck magret with plums, hake on potato leaf terrine in pil pil seasoning, among others. In addition, you can combine them with excellent wines from Alicante and some signature wines from the region.
