<\/p>\nAutumn is definitely here \u2013 the colours on the trees are starting to change, sunrise is getting later, and it\u2019s getting darker earlier. However, this is Spain, and on our beautiful sheltered terrace, you can still dine in comfort, if you want to make the most of dining outdoors while you can. One benefit of Masena at night in early autumn is the way our lighting plays on the trees and the walls of the building. It creates a fabulous ambience that has a cosy feel about it, and of course, it\u2019s very romantic, if you are dining with that special someone!<\/p>\n

When it\u2019s darker in the evenings, our dining room, or \u2018sala\u2019 also looks very different, so if the terrace is too much of an adventure for you in autumn, you can still get a different ambience in the sala that reminds you that summer is coming to an end. Of course, this means that our Chef de Cuisine Hamid Megrini is changing the focus of the meals. Nothing stands still at Masena, there are always innovations, and at this time of year, many of our customers go for more substantial meat meals, and the soups become popular again, especially among the older generation, who often eat with us several times a week.<\/p>\n

We love to welcome families too, and the terrace gives more freedom to children, who may not want to sit still at the table and chat like their parents! We have some interesting choices on the children\u2019s menu, so they can feel grown up as they spend time with you at Masena.<\/p>\n

Why do we place so much store by happy family relationships and enjoyment? Because here at Masena, we too are a happy family. Our Front of House Manager, Valentin, has been with us for many years, as has our Chef de Cuisine, Hamid. They, and the rest of our team, have a great working relationship, and they love their work so much, their joy is transparent and infectious. Because we have so many regular, returning customers, service time at Masena is often more like a big, happy family gathering that just eating in a restaurant. It\u2019s food for the soul as well as for the body!<\/p>\n
