The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating between the courtyard and the furnished terrace, and during brief cold spells, the bed-and-breakfast offers a warm, elegant, and comfortable atmosphere that is fully adaptable and adjustable.

The materials used in construction include wood, stone, and brick, which blend harmoniously to create a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. You’ll find exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, weathered wood floors, and stone walls that add texture and character to the spaces.

The rooms are decorated with solid wood furniture and natural fabrics in soft, warm colors. Joining Hamid is Valentín Carrimio, a maître d’ from La Mancha with an overflowing passion for wine and more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Valentín is in charge of managing and overseeing the dining room with a composure and expertise that can only be acquired through decades of hard work and dedication. His knowledge of wine and his meticulous attention to detail ensure that your experience at our restaurant is complete and rewarding.
