Hamid Megrini

The Chef

With a unique culinary heritage, our head chef, Hamid Megrini Moujtahid, fuses the influences of his Belgian father and Moroccan mother to create an extraordinary gastronomic proposal. With a 20-year career in the culinary world, Hamid has worked in renowned restaurants in Palma de Mallorca, Salamanca, Madrid and Barcelona, acquiring knowledge and techniques from different regions.

Hamid’s experience and culinary skills are reflected in every dish served at Masena Restaurant. His ten years dedicated exclusively to our restaurant have allowed him to perfect his style and develop a deep understanding of authentic Mediterranean flavors.
