From the Chef

With a Belgian father and a Moroccan mother, head chef Hamid Megrini Moujtahid puts into practice the knowledge he has acquired in different restaurants in Palma de Mallorca, Salamanca, Madrid and Barcelona. A total of 20 years of profession endorse him, of which, the last ten have been dedicated to the Masena restaurant with incredible fusion dishes.

Among the specialties you can choose; the crispy foie gras, duck breast with plums, hake on terrine of potato leaves in pil pil seasoning, among others. In addition, you can combine them with excellent wines from Alicante and some signature wines from the region.
